1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Player") and fun666, an online gambling platform operating under an international licence.

By accessing, registering, logging in or using any service offered at fun666 — whether through the website, mobile application or any other medium — you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms stated in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

fun666 reserves the right to amend, update or replace this Agreement at any time. Notice of material changes will be delivered through your registered account or via announcements on the platform. Continued use after such notice is sent is considered acceptance of the amended terms.

2. User Eligibility

To register and use fun666's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration and throughout the period of account use.
• Be an individual capable of entering into a legally binding contract under applicable law.

fun666 reserves the right to request verification documents such as a copy of an identification card (MyKad), passport or other documents to verify a player's identity and age. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) registered account at fun666. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts involved along with the cancellation of all credits and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name, identification card number, active mobile phone number and a valid email address. Any false or misleading information provided during registration may result in account closure.

You are solely responsible for ensuring the security of your login details including your username and password. fun666 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in maintaining the confidentiality of that information.

• Use a strong password that is different from those used on other platforms.
• Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Report any suspicious activity to customer support immediately.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the fun666 platform are processed through approved payment methods. Currently accepted methods are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum amount for each deposit is RM50 regardless of the payment method chosen. The minimum amount for withdrawals is RM100. Withdrawal requests that meet all requirements will be processed within one hour.

Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is under the same name as the registered account at fun666. fun666 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. If there is a mismatch, fun666 reserves the right to hold the transaction until identity verification is completed.

• All deposits are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Withdrawals involving bonuses are subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
• fun666 reserves the right to request supporting documents before approving withdrawals for amounts exceeding certain limits.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

fun666 offers various promotions from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions that will be stated alongside the offer. The following are general terms that apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated.

Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 200% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM300. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM200 — bringing the total balance to RM300 — and bets totalling RM5,000 (RM200 × 25) must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. For a deposit of RM400, the bonus received is RM300 — bringing the balance to RM700 — and bets totalling RM7,500 (RM300 × 25) are required.

VIP and Cashback Programme: fun666 VIP members enjoy weekly cashback based on membership tier — Bronze up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.5%, and Gold up to 0.8%. VIP promotions may change at fun666's discretion.

• Each player is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• Abuse of promotions, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.
• fun666 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.

6. Prohibited User Conduct

When using the fun666 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial method to manipulate game outcomes or transactions.
• Exploiting bugs, technical errors or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Conducting any form of money laundering or illegal financial activity through this platform.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing customer support staff or other players.
• Selling, transferring or leasing an account to another party.
• Registering an account in another person's name or using a false identity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate a game in any way.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate action including account suspension, cancellation of all bonuses and balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the fun666 platform — including but not limited to logos, branding, graphic designs, user interfaces, text, images, audio, video and software — is the exclusive property of fun666 or parties that have licensed its use to us.

You are not permitted to copy, redistribute, republish, modify, publicly display or commercially exploit any content from this platform without prior written consent from fun666. Permitted use is limited to personal, non-commercial use for the sole purpose of using our services.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

fun666 will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform — including gambling losses, service disruptions due to factors outside our control, or technical failures of third parties such as payment providers.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

fun666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any term in this Agreement.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Inability to verify a player's identity or age.
• Instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Accounts inactive for a period exceeding the limit set by our internal policy.

Players may also request voluntary closure of their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all balances eligible for withdrawal — subject to wagering requirements — will be processed according to standard procedures.

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

fun666 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, except for changes that materially affect players' rights. For material changes, reasonable notice will be given via email or an announcement on the platform.

If an internal resolution is unsatisfactory, players may refer the dispute to a regulatory body or independent mediator recognised by our licensing authority. The decision of a certified independent mediator will be accepted as final by both parties.
